Hilton Head Island, SC fishing charter captain Blair Willis began guiding adventures on the waters of Skull Creek in 1996.
After a decade of guiding and training others how to lead outdoor adventures, he founded Live Oac, an Outdoor Adventure Company with it's roots in the water. With a focus on fishing charters, water sports and dolphin eco tours, Live Oac has become a leader in outdoor adventure in Hilton Head Island.
As a US Coast Guard licensed captain, Captain Blair has not only his experience as a professional captain in Hilton Head but a lifetime of experience on the water raised by a boating and fishing family with a love for the outdoors.
